Additive Injection Systems

With an experience of many years, M+F offers additivation systems for the injection of additives at the loading point. They have a scalable, modular design. Two different versions are available:
- All additives go through one metering block
CBU Combined
In the CBU Combined, each additive has its own
dedicated additive block with integrated solenoid
valve, meter etc. There is absolutely no
additive mix in the system.
CBU Combined
The CBU Combined is controlled by an external additive controller [i.e. MFX_4].
Separate metering blocks for each additive
CBU Single
In the CBU Single, each additive has its own dedicated additive block with integrated solenoid valve, meter etc. There is absolutely no additive mix in the system.
CBU single
The CBU Single is controlled externally by the Additve Controller MFX_4. Alternatively, in its “Smart”-Version, it has its built-in controller.
Mini CBU
Mini CBU: highly compact
The additive system Mini CBU is an ultra compact device for up to 4 additives. All additives are injected through one common block. The compact design allows for installation within little available space. The unit is controlled by the Flow Computer MFX_4.
TKW CBU
TKW CBU
The highly compact TKW-CBU additive injector is especially designed for installation on trucks. The internal pump is pneumatically driven. The TKW-CBU is controlled by the MFX_4 Flow Computer.
HEL CBU
The HEL CBU is designed for dying heating oil due to tax law requirements. All used components are selected for the low additive ratios and the required additives.
