The filling of lub oils into containers of different sizes offers high cost reduction potential. M+F provides barrel filling systems for highly efficient, semi-automatic barrel filling.
The MODOS barrel filling system for lub oil offers a variety of advantages. Thanks to a drop-free valve, the top of the barrels remains clean in a serial filling process. The accurate dynamic measurement no longer requires to weigh the filled barrels. MODOS is approved by Weights and Measures at the point of sale.
Another feature of MODOS is the contamination-free change of products. In addition to the print out by the integrated printer, all batch data can also be transferred to an office PC for further processing. This allows for a seamless documentation of all batches and thus fulfills the requirements of ISO 9000.
Can filling system
For serial canister filling, M+F offers filling machines for lube oil and for low viscosity products. The cans are exactly filled in below-surface mode. The dynamic dosing by flowmeter (volume or mass) enables shortest cycle times due to no slow-down and waiting times, as known from weighing systems. For product changes without unintended blending, drain and rinsing procedures may be integrated. The filling machines are type approved (PTB).
Can filling system BACCHUS
The filling machine for foaming products offers one ore two filling positions in line with below-surface filling nozzles for the filling of heavy foaming products like detergents or disinfectants.
Simple and clear operation via touch panel with visualization of the filling machine.
Servo-controlled lifting unit to lower and lift filling nozzles. A filling cabin around the filling area protects the operation personnel.
